
Kids Yoga Classes
Pre-School Yoga (2-5 year olds)

Come and learn yoga poses, play yoga games, read stories and get creative with mindfulness before that all important relaxation time.
Partner up with your little one to access the many benefits of yoga in a way that is fun and meaningful for them. We will use stories and themes to learn poses, play games, sing songs and use lots of fun sensory materials. We will be planting the seeds for body awareness, self regulation and kindness as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and motor skills. This class is a great way for your little ones to engage in a healthy activity, away from screens that will contribute to their overall development and wellbeing.
Class is 25-30 minutes and suitable for 2 to 5 year olds.
Yoga for Parents (with babies!)

Are you a parent looking for some 'you time' and exercise who also has a constant +1 to factor in? This is the weekly yoga class for you.
A non-intimidating, laid back space where the focus is on YOU...but with the understanding that you come with another small human who cries and all sorts of other things.
You do not need to have:
Any yoga experience
Your life vaguely in order
A silent, non-moving baby (crawlers/walkers are welcomed).
If you/baby needs to change/feed/cry all at the same time as stretching and strengthening your fabulous bodies then that is what we shall do (multi tasking is your best skill after all)! You can even close your eyes for a while and relax whilst I keep track of the little ones and bring some sensory things for them to enjoy too.
NB. the venues vary on buggy storage and stairs so lots of parents are opting for slings.
Please also bring a few toys for the babies - we will always have a few sensory bits just in case.
